Warranty
Tidewater Collision Center (TCC) provides a lifetime limited warranty on all repairs performed by this shop for as long as you own the vehicle, including the following:
Paint: TCC provides a warranty on paint-related priming and paint work for any manufacturer defects. Avoid using the automatic car wash and not wax your vehicle for 4-6 weeks, however, vehicles can still be hand-washed as needed.
Metalwork: TTC warranties all metalwork done during the collision repair process including welding and the application of materials utilized for the repair against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs or damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
Parts: TCC honors the manufacturers’ warranty for all new parts installed during the collision repair. We will repair or replace any defective part covered by that warranty and our workmanship for proper installation unless caused by or damaged due to unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
This warranty does not cover incidental costs such as towing fees, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not consequential damage resulting from the defective part or installation during the vehicle repair process.
